Preventative Care
Our preventative care includes Annual Physicals, Immunizations, Blood work, Lipid Screening, Diabetes Screening, Nutrition Screening, Schools/Sports Physicals, and Counseling. A wellness visit includes an overall body assessment. Routine Labs are usually ordered as needed (additional cost). Immunizations are assessed and recommended. Includes overall health maintenance education. Identification of any health risk problems.
